# gtinfetch.ai

gtinfetch.ai is the GTIN fact checker for AI agents, by GreenCore Solutions Corp. (GSC). Any agent, any barcode, one call, an answer with the page under it.

## The one call
GET https://gtinfetch.ai/01/{gtin14} returns the signed record as JSON (GS1 Digital Link shape). Send Accept: text/markdown for the same answer as markdown. Add ?market=UK (or any hub market code) to carry the light from RCO-A2A: can it be sold there.

MCP: https://gtinfetch.ai/mcp (streamable HTTP, stateless, no auth). One tool: fetch_gtin(gtin, market?).

## What the answer carries
Each field (product, brand, maker, category, pack) carries the value the most sources agree on, how many sources and domains agree, the date it was read, and the pages it was read from. seen_in lists the markets and banners it was seen in, with dates. confidence is confirmed when two or more independent domains agree, seen when one does.

A GTIN with no observation answers status unknown with no fields. Nothing is guessed, nothing is inferred. True as of the date shown, never "true".
